Sunforson Solar Carport Mount with Screw Pile Foundation

Recently, our customer completed the installation of a 380kW waterproof solar carport structures project in New Caledonia.

This carport uses screw piles as its foundation. These piles are driven into the soil using specialized machinery, eliminating the need for excavation, pouring, or waiting for concrete curing. The superstructure can be installed immediately after construction, reducing the traditional foundation construction cycle of several weeks to just a few days, significantly minimizing the impact on site operations.

Whether in soft sand or firm clay, screw piles can achieve the required bearing capacity by adjusting the pile diameter and depth. They cause minimal damage to the original terrain, have excellent permeability, and do not affect the site's existing drainage system.
